How to use traceroute when traceroute is not working!!!!

Okay, let me try and do a traceroute to my college website this time.

Its not working because ping is blocked by my college. There is nothing to do if you are using Windows. If you are using Linux, you can use the additional options that I mentioned in my last post. See, this is why Linux is so cool.
Okay, I know that my college is using a webserver on port 80. So if I can craft my traceroute packet such that it sends a TCP packet to port 80, I can go through. Let me try it now.
